With the implementation of the new building act and code, New Zealand has made significant changes in order to improve the quality and sustainability of its residential buildings. We have been and are still involved with many projects retrofitting cladding to existing buildings with cladding and moisture ingress issues. Working with building companies and private clients, we aim to both solve any existing issues, prevent any future ones and aesthetically enhance our clients biggest assets and homes. Using traditional building materials we can rely on such as timber weatherboard.
